Just released a new episode of The Bomb Shelter - Episode 7 Part 1: Bill Runs for Mayor

About me

So what's my story?

I was born in Henderson, NV (where I've actually lived the longest), but moved before Vegas was legally interesting.  I did get to enjoy some Vegas culture as school field trips included the Omnimax at Caesar's Palace and visiting the white tigers at The Mirage; I also got to perform once at Wayne Newton's ranch as part of the performing group Sunshine Generation. For the "important years" (middle school/high school) we moved to Albuquerque, NM. When I was 13 a friend and I went to see the movie "The Mask" and I developed a life changing crush on Jim Carrey.  From that point on my sites were set on being an actress.

After graduation I headed to New York where I attended the American Musical & Dramatic Academy to study musical theater.  I spent the next 7 years working regionally up and down the East coast until I ended up at The Schoolhouse Theater in Sanibel, FL.  While there I was offered a position as their marketing director, so I made the move south to work on my tan and getting out the NYC debt I'd incurred.

In 2008, it was finally time to head back west, this time with a husband and a pug. I finally made it to Los Angeles, the place I'd wanted to call home since I was about 5 years old.  A tricky city to figure out (because everyone is on the up and up...), I managed to join the unions and start working in the film world doing commercials, promos, indies, and shorts.  In 2011, my husband and I developed a web series called The Bomb Shelter. We produced the first season and have hopes to film another, as well as shoot some other projects under our production company MK2 Productions.
